Has a new signature bass. Can anyone explain that tuning he uses? I'm not sure I see the purpose of it or what it even is. Bb, C, F, Bb, Eb?

Mods, move this if it should be elsewhere.

Sounds to me like it's just standard 4ths tuning downtuned to C except for the bottom string, which probably can't go down to a G without falling off.
