Does anybody listen to these guys? Their bassist is amazing. Heres a full concert of them, just watch like the first 2 minutes and you'll see his amazing abilities.

Could anyone point me in the direction of somewhere I could learn these kinds of chords? I haven't really been able to find anything like a bass chord book.

i too love me some Pinback... ABS4 is the man!

DaveyDeathKill, i don't know of any bass chord books, but there are plenty of harmony books that will get you closer to the ABS4 type thing.
consider starting with basic major and minor shapes, then add tensions (like 7th's, 6th's, 4th's, 2nd's). ABS4 adds movement through a lot of hammer-ons and pull-offs. He's also has less traditional unique right hand technique.
