id say fat mike, singer and bassist of nofx does deserve the respect. not only does he write and sing some really great songs, hes ripping the bass all the while. he may not be soloing all over the place or doing anything fancy, but he holds down the rhythm and keeps it reall and hard. anybody out there feelin me?

Back in my grammar school days, before I played bass, I always held his talent (and that for writing off-the-wall lyrics) in very high regard.

Plus, it always got me pumped up to skate.

I agree Fat Mike is sick. He plays super fast with his pickstyle. Check out the song All of Me for him at his best.
