Don't know if this has been posted anywhere here already.

Great bass, killer vocals with Lynne, writing partner for the band.....he left something good behind.
From an article in the Independent, he seemed like a really good guy, happy to play in a club of 50, or in a stadium with ELO.

R.I.P Kelly, and thank you for all the good music you helped give us.

Favorite bass line from Kelly: Starlight (Out Of The Blue).

Great feel; many more like that from him.

Definitely a contributor to the E.L.O. sound.

I am glad to see mention here of Mr. Groucutt's bass guitar legacy. His contributions to the E.L.O. experience were stellar.

Although a much maligned album of theirs, the very disco-heavy "Discovery", in my opinion, features some of Kelly's standout playing. "Shine A Little Love" and "Last Train To London" are absolutely disco-tastic! I truly LOVE his playing on those tracks, as well as the rest of that particular album.

His vocal contributions were a big part of the E.L.O. sound, too. In recent years, he was the lead vocalist for E.L.O. Part II and The Orchestra.

A very talented man, to be sure. Kelly, you will be sorely missed. Thank you so much for what you have left behind.
