Bizarre, look at his recent twitter post from sept 26:

@MikeyWelsh71 Mikey Welsh dreamt i died in chicago next weekend (heart attack in my sleep). need to write my will today.

Yeah Sad and the fact that he predicted his own death on twitter in in Sept is pretty spooky. Just hope he didn't off myself and Sept twitter post a cry for help. RIP Mikey

Mickey played bass on The Green Album, my favorite Weezer album. The extra vocal harmonies ( Beach Boy style ) and a mix of clean guitar and distorted guitar left room for some nice bass notes. He was a credit to the Thunderbird. Soar on!
