Does anyone know what kind of bass this guy uses? I have never seen one like it before. This guy is a great player, sometimes too technical, but he does some great sounding solos, and i think he has a perticularly good tone. check out this LINK for one of them. So i really just don't know much about this guy, any information on playing technique or gear would be appreciated.

Sorry for the extreme bump, but this guy DESERVES IT. He's one of the best bass player's in heavy music that ever existed. Fantastic skills.
