I have been rediscovering this great track: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=slMTiDZuVp0
(like most of us, I probably heard it first on the Naked Gun, during the baseball scene), and was just wondering who played the bass on it. Couldn't find any specific information on talkbass or any google searches, but I'm led to believe that it's either Nathan East or David Hungate (I heard there were a lot of Toto musicians playing on the track, but apparently Hungate left in '82 according to Wikipedia, and I think the Trouble in Paradise album is from '83. Sounds like it's got some effects on it, I can hear some fuzz in the first half, and it sounds like an octaver during the solo. It's a killer line; does anyone know who the player is for sure?
