I have no idea what they play this year but I saw them at the Amsterdam arena aout 1 1/2 year ago and they played almost ALL of Californication and By the Way. I think they might have played "my friends" also but i'm not sure anymore.
At the very end of the show (after they walk offstage for a minute and then come back) they played the classics: Give it Away and Under the Bridge
I've been a huge fan of them since the mother's milk days and that's the first chance I had to see them (they had canceled the last show I had tickets for in '96 in Montreal because Chad had an injury)
Needless to say I was pretty pissed off they hadn't played anything else than those two very overplayed songs from their heydeys. As much as I love BTW as an album it wasn't the reason I went to see them. I was expecting some sort of greatest hits concert with 6 or 7 newer songs.
It irritates me that artists don't play stuff that got them famous in the first place in concerts, thats why I go see them, to hear the stuff I love!
As an aside note, I saw Peter Gabriel twice in concert, '94, '03 and absolutely love the guy but I'm just so disapointed everytime that he doesn't even play one or two Genesis song

(the younger ones here will have no idea at all what the hell I'm talking about here

)
I'm finished ranting now
