That band is smokin' hot and I really enjoy Rickey's playing. He adds just the right amount of "fluff" and supports the songs very well. All kinds of styles (and diffent singers each time), he's an example of how to do it right I think- a true pro.
Along with Mike Merritt, Will Lee and the guy on Leno, Rickey may very well have what I'd consider to, perhaps, be the "best bass playing gig" around.
