"Romeo Must Die" Bassist?

Sign in to disble this ad
Earlier this evening, I watched the movie "Romeo Must Die". Somewhere after the halfway point, there was some solo electric bass playing in the soundtrack. I'm not normally a fan of slap bass, but this was some of the coolest stuff. The player was improvising. The tone was smooth and hi-fi, and the cat was really getting off.

Anybody have any idea who the player was?
