The bass player from mute math, I think, is one of the greatest bass players I've heard, but alot of people don't agree. Anyways, I just want to hear some of your guys' thoughts. Am I missing something?

I totally agree. He is a really great bassist. I just moved to east nashville, where he lives. I keep hoping to run into him somewhere.

I dug him in his previous band, Earthsuit, too. Though there he was just Roy Mitchell.

he's one heck of a player on both EB and DB. live he is a trip to, he really knows how to coax some great tones out of that vintage precision fretless.

See this is why I love the Bassists forum. I'd have never heard of these dudes. This is tight:

Here's an old "entry" or what have you. It's him going through his ever-so-simple pedalboard.

I really like many of the lines on the MuteMath albums - I love their overall sound and style, and his playing is a big part of that.
