Roy is the bomb!!!! That 6 string is passive??? My goodness-I never would have guessed!!!! Love the growl factor!! Very Warwick-like to my ears!

Roy was in town tonight so he called and we got to meet and hang for a bit after my shows. Really cool guy; turns out we know a lot of the same people and got to reminisce a bit.

Went back to his hotel room and checked out a couple basses he had with him and we talked about Carvin stuff (he's an endorser). He has an early show tomorrow so we didn't hang too late, but it was nice to meet. We had talked online since The Bottom Line days LOL.

It was funny how many screwed up things about the biz we both had in common and could relate to. But hey, beats diggin' ditches...

Yes. The wenge neck (like old Warwicks) and body core is the reason.
