Ry Cooder help

I was fortunate enough to have a listen of a Ry Cooder record recently. I like the bass lines ona few of the songs umm on being the song " Anything that makes you rich.." but i can't seem to find anything via the net or libraries. I just want to find some more info on the bass player. Can anyone help?

You should be able to do a seach on Ry Cooder, and it has the production credits for all of his tunes. I know that Ry is pretty much a master of any intrument witl strings on it, and he played bass on alot of his own stuff, but others have played, too. Chris Etheridge and Red Callender to name a few.

Can't answer the question, but I just wanted to comment that Ry Cooder is a musician I admire tremendously. His soundtracks have enhanced many movies. Whenever I see his name in the credits of a movie for the music, I really sit up and take notice.
