Bass got some new strings and a quick setup, playing heaps better already. Need to remount the Big Muff to the pedalboard for the CD launch Saturday night.
How's everybody doing?
Oh, question for people. Anyone using cordless units for bass/guitar? Got a loaner for the gig Saturday night.
Best to put the reciever at the amp and run cable back to the pedalboard or have the reciever at the pedalboard where I'm more likely to tread on it? Concerned about running too much cable back and forth but then don't want to trod on a mate's wireless unit!

Thinking of checking it out. Seems overpriced. Guy doesn't know year, model, ohms, or even if its guitar or bass. What say the all-knowing doomers? |

as far as i know that styling was only made late 60s and early 70s unless i am totally misinformed. if you get him to measure the dimensions and whether it's closer to 200S size or 2000S size someone in the doom room FB group or the Sunn forums will be able to help you out if you're really interested. |

The stock drivers are usually really heavy and pretty low rated for power.

We also did a couple demos the other week (again 1 live take) but we were all mic'd up into garage band. It's shocking how awesome it sounds, we're considering doing the next record live in the same room...but we'll see how that goes. |
