Yeah one of the guys said something about it just getting back to the store. Seemed like the other guy kind of hushed him. It was weird and kinda sketchy.

Man that 412 was awesome. Gonna pull the trigger on the ashdown 412 I think.

And they would only go down to 850. Someone's gonna get screwed.

Yeah, someone at gc pulled the $500 drivers and replaced them with something sh!tty. Did they still have it listed at a grand?

We have the I5 for cabs/snare and 2 f15s for over head. They've been great.

I have a pair of i5's as well and much prefer them to sm57's, I've even used them for overheads in a glynn johns drum mic setup and they came out great.

I think they just sound more modern/high-fi.

Never would I ever buy something like that used at GC (no offense to whoever did). I'm having Mark at BNA make me one. I was planning on putting down the deposit later today.

Agreed, they don't have the best low end reproduction but their mid range and high end clarity is awesome. Love them on guitar cabs. I like pairing them with PR30's which have a much better and warmer mid range but the i5 high end clarity is superior.

Dude, you can't go wrong with a BNA Dually.

Buddy of mine ran his (also a BNA) at an outdoor show with a Mesa M9. Didn't even break a sweat. Louder than my fEARful 1212/6/1. It is truly an epic beast of a cab! Damn thing overpowered the PA...

Just all black with the full metal grill. I'm not much a fancy pants when it comes to gear.

I trust my gut when it comes to talking with builders and Mark seems like a straight shooter, so I feel comfortable dealing with him. He also has a presence on TB and lots of good feedback. I just went on a pedal buying spree and I made myself a deal that I would spend the rest of my gear fund on a good new cab and then save the rest of the year, until my gear loan is paid off. Then I will probably have some new insanity ready to go, if everything is the same or better financially in our house.

Got my Black Arts Ritual in the mail today from Prymaxe. I was hoping it was the chrome version, but I can't complain. I got it for 15% off.

What color was it? I'm kinda GAS'n for a black on black to match my incoming Mantra.

Also our drummer got some d2's for his toms. Sound great. Might need to look into the pr30's...
