That's Linus of Hollywood and Marco Minnemann on drums.

Awesome song and playing by everyone but does anyone else think Paul Gilbert sounds like Wayne Campbell?

Holy crap, Marco Minnemann's playing with Paul Gilbert? I had no idea. That guy's a damn monster.

Bass-wise I must say I prefer Juan Alderete, though, I'm not an anti pick guy by any means but there's just something about being able to pull off all those crazy lines with your fingers.

The bassist is great but I hate to see a Rick 4000 butchered with a p pickup in it. Dude should have just gotten a Precision.

I don't agree. It's not what I would listen to on a regular basis, but there is excitement to it and besides just having a lot of notes per measure or whatever, they are playing fast AND TIGHT. Those guys are seriously good.

There are 2 pedal effects on Linus' feet..
Look like BOSSes..
My bet one is his tuner
The second looks like an OD/DS

By the color looks like a MD-2..

But MD-2 for bass? Is that possible?
Can anyone make it out?

Aside from calling you names: I agree with the people on Youtube (who had some very nice things to say to your message).

I don't care for this music per say, but that was very impressive: Fast and Super melodic. Not my genre at all but saying that there is nothing but speed in this... ignorant.

Good call. Found this, their '88 version again with Alderete, and the bass is a lot easier to hear in the mix.

Yea i shouldve kept my mouth shut . A time where I shouldve thought before I spoke . What I was trying to say didnt come out right. I didnt mean it wasnt music , just not my thing and all that. Brain fart i guess. And yea some of those guys are pretty nasty/disgusting in their hate for people who dont think the way they do. Kind of a sad world we live in today.
