I like the sound you guys have and the way your songs are arranged, complex yet not over the top.
The recordings themselves could probably have been mixed a little better IMHO (the singer seems too loud over the mix) but this by no means would stop me from rocking your tunes in my car.
Overall, I like what you guys have done and I would definitely check out any future recordings you guys put together.
Thanks for starting this thread and I hope my comments were received as a positive and not me being a d*ck.... That was not my intent because I honestly do like what you guys have produced so far

Me = bass, keys (on track 3: Nothing to Fear) and lead vocals
go to the media tab. (btw, I made the site, give me some input. ) http://www.wix.com/omnipresent07/omn...cial-band-site

That is the sound we're going for. Our singer has an extensive theater and choral background. Keyboardist is a classicaly trained pianist who can play any instrument we throw at her. Guitarist is all death metal and she gets more girls than most guys I know. Drummer has Latin background but loves metal. Then there's me. Self taught, 2 years, trying to tie it all together with classic rock style bass. Seems to work somehow... thanks for taking the time to listen.

GK Backline 110 (70 watt), overdrive channel, gain just a barely up there. Contour on. Treble 3:00. Mids 9:00. Bass 12:00. DI'd into the PA.
I also use my fretless Dean Edge 09 with half-dead D'Addario flats straight DI'd for softer stuff (softer, more praise and worship oriented covers).
