And I am trying to find the link to his Traditional Korean Jazz/Fusion stuff with (I forget the band name...)

EDIT: Found it!
The group is named Oriental Express -

Peep this -

That tunes is sick! That is also great tone. My M5 never sounded like that. Best fretless tone I have ever heard. For the first time I thought "that tone would work for any tune I play on a fretted bass" and that's amazing.

I'm still 100% sure these are 2 different weirdo-amazing bass players.

Look at the hands. Different.

I'm just impressed at the music.

nope it's the same "guy"....you can see the pix on his page....i think as he get's older he's finding real gigs with serious players require a little more decorum than his bedroom, even tho' he can play.........there used to be a cross dressing guy with a thunderbird bass on here from somewhere on the left coast, but i have not seen anything from him for a while

That guy(?) has some major chops.
Who cares that he works at the Asian distribution center for Fredericks of Hollywood and takes full advantage of the employee discount?!?

Still a great player!
