I know it's Pat Travers but who's the bassist?
It's an awesome song and the bass just kills... both the part itself, and the tone. It sounds like something Billy Sheehan would play but I'm quite sure that song is before Billy's time...

Cheap Trick sucked, but Pat Travers band made up for it. They killed everyone.
I still love listening to that album. Great work on it by Cowling.

| | | | Mars! Yeah - another +1 for Mars and specifically the "Live - Go For What You Know" album. Tommy Aldridge on Drums, Pat Travers and Pat Thrall on guitar. Whew.
Mars assaults the P-bass, just spanks it! Love his attitude and choice lines.
Enjoy discovering him - very good find indeed.
