So... who exactly is Tracy in relation to Jaco?

Sorry, wasn't exactly sure where to post this. Jaco's arguably most famous song is Portrait of Tracy, but who is Tracy?

I was just thumbing through the Milkowski Jaco bio...I always smile/laugh as I read this section-
Bobby Colomby (drummer BS&T) is trying to hit on Tracy...she sez she's married to "the best bass player in the world"...Colomby sets up an audition for a laff...Jaco walks into the club, barefoot with a bass in one hand & a basketball in the other. He tells Colomby, "I'm Tracy's husband"...he plugs in, blows Colomby away...the rest is history.
