Did you go through the trouble of learning but never got to play live....
And which song did you play that was a "proud moment" in your history???

There have been many... two I've never played with a band that I remember being extremely proud of figuring out were "Slippin' Away" off "Mob Rules" from Black Sabbath and "Heart of the Sunrise" off "Fragile" from Yes.

Every time I audition for a band, I grab the tunes off of youtube (unless I already have them). There have been several I've learned/charted that I never have used. I don't let it bug me - it's just more book for me to draw on!

Yeah...I kinda worded that wrong, I'm sure there are loads of tunes we've all learned and wish we played live BUT....

One in particular that I was really proud to learn AND play live was "Changes" off of Yes' 90215 album...great fun to play and we nailed it but no one ever appreciated it
