songs for an instrumental band

Sign in to disble this ad
Been in a trio rock band for a while now.
Our guitarist does sing but mostly we play instrumentals.
Any suggestions for good instrumental songs that will work for a 3 piece band or any bassists that are really good at filling in the space thats left when theres no rythem guitarist.
and before you all go saying it, we already play YYZ

Low Rider can be easily made instrumental, and everyone loves that song.

Cliffs of Dover is a good one. Maybe try Kings of Sleep by Stuart Hamm too.

And you could always arrange John McLaughlin and Carlos Santana's version of "Let us go into the house of the Lord" for one guitar and still have it be amazing!
