Squire's triple-neck Wal

Is there a reason why Squire played the triple-neck Wal on "Awaken" at live concerts?

Because he needs fretless, octave-courses and standard fretted all in the one song. Easier that repeatedly changing instruments.

I gotta pay more attention because I thought he only played the fretted neck.

The opening section of the song is played on the fretless, the middle part is clearly the 6 string (3 string with octave courses). I think the rest is standard.

It would be good to have a clip of Awaken that focuses solely on Chris!

Before he got it he used to have a fretless Guild on a stand for that tune.

I thought Squier was making a triple neck Wal!
