Anyone hear any news on a SMV Thunder tour? Marcus and Stanley's sites don't mention it, and I can't get Victor's to open right now, but supposedly there is a cd and tour slated for fall 2008. I received a schedule from the Hollywood Bowl (Los Angeles) in the mail and it says they're supposed to be there in August. Opening for George Benson.

But there's no way I'm going to go pay to see them live... too much of a wank fest for my tastes. (Please don't flame, I respect these players for what they can do in supportive roles... that being said, we all know what kind of playing will be done at this thing...)
I'll probably check out the CD though.
