Sound still isn't the greatest, but atleast it's been re-edited to only be Final March. I just think we are too loud to try to record with a crappy camcorder.

that said, I haven't explored it fully yet. I think there are many more interesting sounds to get out of it.
I figured there was some good tones hiding in it. EHX has some great pedals but all their demos seem to show the more processsed and extreme ranges instead of the cool hidden tones...
got any soundclips of it?

Holy balls, I just set my synth up for sonic chaos. My feedback looper is making spaceship sounds like it never has. Exactly like what starts off that hellfest Church Of Misery video I posted awhile back. This is so radical.

oh hell, here it is: http://vimeo.com/26617732

I had one and honestly didn't give it enough time. It has some serious potential. I need to pick up another one in the future and just sit down and learn the ins and outs.

Thought my valve amp crapped out yesterday when riffing out with the Big Muff. Sound suddenly cut out. Powered off. Band practice today, no signal getting through the Big Muff - so it looks like the pedal has died and not the amp. Tried out the DOD/MXR OD, also had stopped working somehow. Blowtorch is still working.

I got no luck lately!

I'm dead in the water for any doom/stoner related music lately, but we just wrote/demoed 3 new Mental Waste songs today. We're splitting more writing duties now though, so you know there's at least one sludge riff in the mix.

I just wrapped up watching the 2 seasons of Todd and the Book of Pure Evil earlier today. I really enjoyed it. Funny dialog, good stories and really great metal as a backing soundtrack(which is pretty cool,I mean how many shows play br00tal metal?).

So I broke out my bass and guitar(I had to stuff a bunch of my gear into my bedroom due to 7 kids tearing up my house for a Christmas dinner with the family a few days ago) tonight and rocked out a bit by myself. Came up with some heavy slow riffs that I think might be the start of a song or two.

I think one of the kids twiddled some of the knobs on my pedal board. When I tried stacking my Oh See Demon into my Rat Tail it didn`t sound anywhere near as killer as it did a few days ago. I thought someone posted a tip about stacking pedals and getting a consistently good sound from that stacked pair.
I thought that the(rough idea) secret was having the volume output lower on the first pedal and have the second pedals volume set a bit higher? Or is it the other way around? Or does it matter at all? Any help would be great!

I'm picking up my Morley power fuzz wah on Tuesday and I'm looking to get new strings for my Thunderbird, would rotosound nylon flat wounds work well with it? Any suggestions?

My wife and I love that show. I heard it didn't get renewed for a third season, but apparently it's had a lot of attention since it hit Netflix Instant, so it might end getting picked back up again.

Its 8x10 that has been modified into 4x10 1x15, I was gonna pair it with my sunn 2x15 but I decided to let my guitarist run his5150 through it instead.

When you absolutely need to make an Ampeg cab look practically puny underneath a bass head...it's got to be a Traynor YBA-3.
