I've been told that yoga and tai chi are similar in that they are both good for resistance and flexibility. Anyone know how they compare, why to choose one over the other?

Didn't Sting once say in an interview that his love-making session with Trudy (his wife) usually lasted for several hours?

In his early days, fist fight with Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland seems to be some kind of "workout" :-)

No, he didn't. The yellowpress did. But he confirmed that those long hour sessions containing also cooking or visiting the cinema...

In the early 80s he did a lot of workout and training with his bodyguard. But Stewart once broke him a rib...

I have taken Yoga classes myself. The place where I went had a package, so you could take several classes a month for a reasonable price. I am an avid cyclist, and Yoga kicked my but. There are quite a few celebrities that swear by Yoga. Madonna, David Bowie, and Martha Stewart are just a few.
