Vacation in California was beyond awesome. Great fricking food, perfect weather and a free upgrade to a red Mustang for driving up and down the coast.
The wife and I are looking at retiring to Big Sur when her stint in the Marine Corps is over in 8 years. Great place to kick back, watch the whales and wright heavy doom licks!
Oh, and as strange as it is to post this in this thread, I am officially a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. 6 years and lot of painful hoops, and I'm finally done |

My wife is always the one in family getting stuck doing everything, so the two of us were running ragged for the last week getting things ready for the service yesterday.
That's enough debbie downer, though. I'm listening to the double-disc Hendrix live at woodstock album. I always forget how much I love Hendrix and his bands. It's so psychedelic and heavy. I think he was a huge influence on psych/stoner rock movement that doesn't get talked about a whole lot. Great stuff. |

He's probably what got me into psychedelic stuff in the first place.
And damn you guys for posting that Iron Pig link...now I have to try and buy it if he'll ship it to me. The GAS just never ends haha. |

Hendricks is timeless. I'm really liking Radio Moscow they really remind me of Hendrix. http://youtu.be/OpmOkoHLWdY
