He said it hasn't been played since 1994 either so that was interesting. I asked him for some pics of the sides and back and he snapped at me and told me to just drive over and look at it if I was interested. |

Ya gotta spend five bills for that. ;-)

Oh and I was at the studio with the Nachtmystium dudes hanging if anyone likes black metal and the new album they are recording sounds pretty good. Hung out with my buddy from Lord Mantis and they have a new cd coming out next week which is freakin awesome!! (I have a unmastered copy from when they recorded it) I highly suggest it

The Ashdown cab is a fairly standard guitar cab, although top end quality. Heads are a Burman Pro4000 and a Burman Pro 502 head version (usually q combo). Both have had some upgrades in the power supply.

I also do not like how the cab is skinny (too skinny for a tube amp to sit on top of) because they said no one uses their cabs with tube amps any more. |

I bought it with 2 dead speakers for like $50 and put in some new ones, ended up blowing those too. It looked pretty awesome, just beat up an old. I wouldn't call it a "good" cab. But for $175 what would you really expect? If the things holds together and has two good 15's in there it should make a lot of noise.
The one thing is that the cab itself is really tall and wide but not very deep so you definitely need a truck or van to transport it as a backseat or trunk will definitely not work. |

Anyway, thanks for sharing! Do they have a whole album out?
