We started watching season one after season two started. Damian Lewis is great in it. He was great in Life too, which I didn't see until after it was cancelled and on Netflix. My wife mentions that she hates Claire Danes' face every episode and still talks about how much she loves her character on Homeland.
I think I need to start planning out my next Drake Custom bass. Probably going to be a baritone P, me thinks.

I can't even get my wife to watch science fiction unless it's star wars/trek. The only dorky pleasure I have is the occasional dr. who episode. |

Dollhouse movie anyone? | I was nervous about the avengers up until the point when they announed he was directing it. After that I had absolutely no doubt that I would love the movie. And I was right...I do love that movie. |

Dollhouse movie anyone? | I have such a love/hate/rage/sorrow relationship with Joss Whedon shows. It's amazing that he got The Avengers and pulled it off and it's a perfect avatar for how he works. He's a master at setting up and paying off emotional and character based moments with bits of action kickassery that make you totally forget/forgive insanely slapdash and illogical plotting and he almost always finds a way to include a moment that makes you want to cry and punch something at the same time. At least in The Avengers it wasn't involving Amy Acker, my heart couldn't take another one of those. Dude has a talent for making and exploiting emotional weak spots.

Off topic, who enjoyed the Firefly series? You'll appreciate this
and back ON topic... as far as feedback loopers go, do you guys get worried about your speakers when the rig's running hot and you kick that bugger on? | I got my power amp set to just before clip and make sure I'm unity on looper. Only close call was when wah kicked nastiness into the delay. Caught it before anything crazy happened though. keep your foot near the mute switch as you are experimenting. Have little stickers to place on pedals once you found different fb looper settings, i.e. whale call, spaceship landing, depths of screaming torture, etc. (atleast that was my plan)
