I will defend Fender-era Sunn to my dying day. Good amps are good amps.

I would take that RI in a heartbeat, but I would take an original Model T in a brain beat or something like that.

Dude! You OK? What happened? I have had friends that had that happen to them. One was on some extreme cross training program. She hit it way hard for a few days. Then her arms and hands swelled to at least twice the normal size. Her creatine levels were off the chart. One thing you have to be careful with when you have any kind of major swelling is compartment syndrome. Basically swelling may cut off circulation to tissue and nerves when it gets to a certain point. Health first everything else after. I hope you get back in the saddle soon brother.

lol, This reminds me, I need to start studying for my re-certification for my EMT. Fun...

Is that amp really 20 or 30 years old like he says? I thought these were more recent than that. I have the Fender version. Trying to find more Sunn info I found this helpful page: https://www.eurotubes.com/cart/index...ategory_id=218

A few of us have found that the Swollen Pickle gets "sputtery" when playing faster(16th notes?) basslines. Almost like the pedal can't keep up with the bass and drops every couple notes.

300T was a Fender amp that they branded as Sunn. Sunn never produced a 300T prior to being owned by Fender. Not sure exactly when they came out but my guess is early or mid 90s. So it could be 20 years old.

Yeah Compartment Syndrome is no joke... Loosing a limb is way worse than missing a show... get better!

When playing on the E string with a bit of tempo it cuts out, like a faint dry signal note instead of having the fuzz on all the notes, you really slow down and then all the notes comes through the pedal, not exaclty like octave glitchiness but similar.

So, you spotify wizards, if you have a song in your playlist (like Laz's playlist), and it tries to come on radio, it won't play unless you are a spotify premium user? I didn't grab the two song titles that got skipped or anything, but it went to a song, said we're sorry, must be a premium user to access playlists??? Does that sound right?

Hey Corey!

I liked the tone of the 8'er in your clip. Additionally, the next clip that played after yours was pretty jammin as well. Band's name was "Hawkeyes"?

Yeah I work with a kid born in 91. His mom catches our eye more than his sister.

I graduated High School in 1990 so yeah I would be rubbernecking that MILF too lol. When I lived in Florida some of the front seater mom's were so hot you thought they were hanging with their friends and not their own daughters.

The answer is simply this: Take em both home, further A/B testing is needed.
