Laz, I kind of got a Soundgarden vibe on the clean vocal parts.

Transparent colored Flying Vs are one of my favorites.

Sometimes I feel new bands make the mistake of playing a longer set than they should. Unless you are specifically asked to fill X amount of time...less is more.

The drummer in our black/death/thrash band (Evil Intent) is the best/worst at playing faster live. It's awesome as all the songs get played at a blistering pace, but we don't rehearse at that speed and the rhythm player has trouble keeping up.

However, the drummer in my grindcore band (SxCx) got kicked out of the last band he was in for rocking up to a gig speeding off his nut and played the 45 minute set in about 30 mins. Doesn't work so well for radio friendly hard rock (Ugh), works brilliant for grind!

Nice V Nick!

This Gibson has been on eBay for a long time. I'd do terrible, terrible things for this bass.

Yeah he doesn't like to tour with his Matamps/Electrics. He usually just requests a backline. SVT-CL w/two 810's and a Marshall guitar rig. At least that's what I've seen him with last time (actually he had his white Emperor cabs ) but in pics it looks like thats what he's been using. I know that the original bass player for High on Fire was using some of his stuff (Matamp 200 and 4x15) when I saw them. That was about 8 years ago. Matt was still running his Green setup.
