And return to messing around with synths, playing them through the Stache... I like how it compresses and tighten lows, just cant stop grinding all my stuff through the Stache... |

Personally I love the EQD delays (Disaster Transport/Ghost Disaster) they're really musical and act almost as another instrument, Catalinbread just released an Echorec copy that sounds amazing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3NHLRGtDJQ
To be honest though as much as I love delay I can't/don't find much use for it on bass, especially when you consider having $200+ wrapped up into one.

i thought the same thing about the 8x10 over powering the smaller cabs. I have no idea but he only kicked on a fuzz once, most of the time it was just tube i assume. It was soooooo loud. Rattled the whole place, the opener was daniel higgs who was awesome also.

hey - any of you fellas happen to know what a genuine ric-o-sound box (with the stereo jack attached) goes for? someone threw it in with my rick when i got it and i'll never use it or justify the 'collectors prices' they fetch. i figure rick collectors have a ton of money and i have none and want to buy cool stuff sooooo..

| Way more than what it actually is. It's just a stereo box with a stereo cable attached. You could build one way cheaper than what they go for.
Put it aside and include it if you ever sell it or just sell it now for some loot.

A expression pedal option would be nice too. Still leaning toward a dl4. Would like to know if their is something similar or better then a dl4.

I don't have much experience with delays that do more than one thing haha, let alone delays with tap tempo.

I still miss my Lunar Echo and I'll probably pick one up but the Timeline just kills. I would recommend picking up a DMC controller if you plan on using the looper function. It makes it a lot easier and opens up some more options (half time, reverse, level, along with being easier to scroll through presets) I can't wait until Strymon releases their mod pedal that is like the Timeline. Killer sound and ease of use. |
