Yep, I know a few that do it so often, it's like they get paid to f*ck up.

So my co worker who is a guitar nerd and often loans me piles of pedals to try was telling me about "The Console", a nintendo like pedal that you put diff cartridges in for different effects. All open source so anyone or any company can make disks for it. Kinda cool idea and Im interested in hearing the final product. Seem to be on thieir way, doubling their kickstart goal.

It's just frustrating. My job is to be an expert on pro audio/MI gear. I know what I'm talking about and I give honest, practical advice. Don't ask me for advice if you're going to immediately disregard it.

I don't expect anyone to do exactly as I say, but it's just a pathological "do the opposite" thing with some people...

Cool! Lookin forward to seeing the rehouse. Never really thought about doing that but it would be helpful with the ODB mod due to it being a really tight fit and the male end of the cable would occasionally poke a "thingy" and would squeal.
I just picked up a old Boss BF-2B I plan to buy the Monte Mod for this week.

Farther down on my to-do list is doing the synth mod on the Boss OC-2 octaver, it bypasses the low pass filter after the octave, producing a pure octave down square wave. Should get some mechanical/industrial sounds out of it once its done. I dont care much for octave pedals but this just seemed too cool to not try.

Wow! I might need to try and juggle some funds. So far I'm striking out on finding a good job, but it's just a matter of time...
