That`s really cool. Like really, really cool.

I don`t have any stories even remotely cool like that.

The most well known band I ever opened up for was (rather shockingly,i was totally surprised) Sting`s son,Gordon Jr. and his band. I can`t remember what their name was.
I`m not even sure how my band got on the bill. We were the only hardcore/screamy/emotive band on the line up.

But I`ll never forget Gordy`s spastic drum riser jump into the air. It was priceless.

Hey,does anybody here use a hollowbody/semi hollowbody for doom?

It's ok all, for every animal you don't eat I will eat two...

Also today on of my guitarists picked up some 350 watt Marshall amp. My response: challenge accepted.

He also uses a HD130 and a JCM800... I don't really worry about looking a volume war.

Tom in Sea of Bones uses it and it can keep up to some degree with his TV200 but overall it has been a problem child. He has eaten up 2 of them, but he does play them very loud

Yeah I've never been impressed by those Marshall heads. Plus it's SS. I would be impressed by a 300w guitar head (ala V9)

Nick?

I am designing a guitar amp with 6 Kt88s to get 300W RMS. So yes that already is in my mind.
