This coming from one the guys in this thread who doesn't get high.

Anybody that wants their bass to stop buzzing without a setup is just asking to get scolded. |

Definitely "Not sure if troll or serious" territory. Pretty funny nonetheless. |

Anyways, opening track is titled "You Don't Know **** About Dopesmoke" which I thought was pretty funny. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndSC-co5mvE |

I'm alone at work all this week until Friday, I was stressing out yesterday and today over a big delivery I had to get done by myself. It's done as of this morning, I'm chilling out, no calls. Now I wish I had brought my bass and practice rig so I could work on riffs for the new band.

stagetramp.com
I actually started to cold email some of the bands just to let them know we exist. Might be hooking up with Low Gravity at some point to play a show. They are one of my favorite local bands. So Heavy.

Cold email them, tell them how much you dig their music (I saw you at XXX show and I really liked X song), send them what you've got and highlight what you think is either your best song or a song that you think makes you a good band to play with their band, and just go from there.
Worst that can happen is they say no or just don't get back to you. |

So Heavy. | Low Gravity is kicks a$$. The guitarist used to post on sr.com and then I think stonerrocklives jam room too, not sure if he still does. That's how I heard about them though, when they put their EP out.

Oh, and one of the douchiest TB members I've encountered is posting in there now...and what a surprise...he's being a douche. |

I've tried to sign up a couple friends without FB in the recent past and couldn't find a way around. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
