Well if i remember correctly he played two guitars that night, he had the SG and he had a TV yellow or natural colored double cut les paul that he switched to half way through the set. When he plugged in that one it blew me back. That was the night some random black dude came up and asked me what i would do if he hit on my girlfriend. I informed him in grotesque detail exactly what i would do to him if he even tried, and needless to say once i stood up and he realized i was a good 8-9 inches taller than him he quickly vacated the building hahahaha

Was it the Electric Factory show with Jay Lane, a marimba, and a cello?

we were wondering what happened to him!! he sniffed my goatee to see if it was a "flavor saver", as he called it..
your right about the yellow guitar... I think that was a regular les Paul though.. doesn't matter really, cos it was an awesome score for like $300 he found that sounded killer...

btw... what did kerch have to say?

Yeah I ran him off

Yeah he told me had just picked it up for a steal and was bringing it as his backup and I told him it should be his main.

We havent gotten a chance to sit down and talk yet, I was supposed to go to meet up with him this past saturday but due to a sick child I wasn't able to get out. I'm going to his show on the 30th so we are going to meet up and discuss things then. Sorry about the delay, like I told ya both of our schedules are insane. There's alot of viable options as to what course to take so as long as he's on board we will arrange something for all of us to meet up and have a brewski or two and figure it out.

BTW do u have a bass you can put in Drop G tuning? (GDGC or GDGCF)

I'm a tube guy all the way but I can get by with my Acoustic or Traynor. I have to screw with all the settings on my pedals though.

I think I saw this tour in Atl... If i remember correctly, it was a killer show. Some guy in really sweet homemade robot costume was on the floor, Les called him on stage they they played Iron Man. Wait... or maybe that was the tour with the Bari sax , marimba, and drums.. either way I fully support Claypool covering sabbath

My guitarists sound better straight into the amp. We keep trying to use a fuzz and it just compresses the hell out of their tone (not in a good way). There ain't nothing I can do to make it work.
not surprised either, we have tried several fuzz pedals with guitar and none really worked well, most made the guitar completely dissapear. The only fuzz that has worked has been the Germanium OxFuzz...which we bought off of Demon666.

throwing Kt88s into an AD200 aint going to do much, its not designed to really use them at potential

Don't let this go to your head but your tone is what I was trying to get.

I thought it was all the Bluebeard but now I'm certain it's the leather boots and flannel.

some of the VHTs have some interested input stages like SRPPs which I am not sure if the like more signal swing then usual from a git.

I wore my flannel shirt for the first time in 2012 for my work xmas party last week, and had practice the same day. No joke, I'm pretty sure it made me play better.
