Not what I'm used to but I can get what I need out of it. It has enough volume , decent tone, and pretty easy to dial in. No where close to what I'm used to using but would make a solid back up or a decent amp to start with. Took the pedals fine and didn't puke. Saying all that I'll probably flip it once I get the V8 back up and running. |

The other bass player picked it up yesterday so at least I have that also. I still have to drop off the Traynor to get fixed. |

The old school blackened deathrash band I play bass for will be releasing our CD/EP very soon - if anyone wants a copy they'll be for sale through Darklust Distro. Please go and like the page, our guitarist/vocalist's girlfriend got the page setup today...

Did not really play with the plexi-drive or tone hammer since the cab was so different than what i am used to, so nothing to report there yet. |

But laz has me thinking of selling it to get a terror 1k. Mines been a perfect stand by for a while now. I will confess though, that I've used it at gigs I knew would have a sketchy power situation especially since it shares a rack case with a furman. |

The Orange is a simple amp that does what it does well the Ampeg has more flexibility if you into that. |

Try changing the cross over frequency on it an I'm sure you already did this but turn the tweeter off. I'm not sure if the network thing just effects the tweeter cross over or the speaker cross over. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
