Tal's tone on Big Block (Live at Ronnie Scott's)

The bass tone on this tune sounds so huge! Is she using an octave pedal to achieve this? If so, I'm buying one!

Yes she is, an EBS I believe. I've gotten the same sound from my Aguilar Octamizer.

I read in bassPlayer that she does use an octave pedal on that particular song.
That's a great cd of those shows- I think Tal's an amazing bassest with the best tone I've heard in quite a while
