Question Tatsu Mikami's (Church of Misery) effects?

I love this guy's playing and his tone, especially on "Houses of the Unholy". I know he plays a Ric and picks it over the fretboard, through an SVT/8x10. i was curious if anyone knows what kind of effects he uses... does the grit just come from playing a Ric through a cranked SVT, or does he use some kind of fuzz/overdrive/distortion? He also uses wah quite often (i'm relatively sure it's a wah, but could be an envelope filter or an auto-wah) and it sounds awesome, but i have no idea what he's using.

disclaimer: i know someone is going to say "why don't you stop trying to copy someone else's tone and create your own?". well, im working on my own and i would like to incorporate some elements of Tatsu's.

Thanks!

Boss Equalizer -> EHX Holy Grail -> Electro-Harmonix Little Big Muff -> Ibanez Tubescreamer -> a wah pedal

sorry mate, but that picture is the guitarists setup. not the bass player. if you take a good look at this picture, you ll see the guitarist standing next to the effects. you can even see the piece of paper. and since those are all guitar fx, i´m pretty sure i m right.

tatsu´s sound does interest me aswell. couldn't find anything about it.

Hello,

I'm a big fan of tatsu sound,

I saw them during their 2011 tour in France.

Tatsu use a vintage 80's japanese distortion the yamaha DI-01

with wah pedal and vintage needle tuner

you can easily see the effects he use in the "Live in red" DVD.

At that time he used a spanish amp "Sinmarc b-2160-c"

wrathofgod and ancientspells, you're both right.

Seems he also uses Boss DSD-2 Digital Sampler/Delay and the wah is a Dunlop Cry Baby.
