Totally!

This is one of my favorite bass solos! If you like this one, you really need to get the DVD of this show. Louis throws down the entire time.

This is the exact same band that did Michael Jackson's first two albums too.

I love old school slapping. Louis Johnson basically played tuned drum solos that really hyped the overall groove. Lord knows slapping has gotten way faster and more intricate, but it has not gotten any funkier!
