When you're 61, like me, it's not at all hard to believe.

Woo!

Guess I'll be playing Remain in Light all night long then. Any excuse is good.

Here she was at the big 3-0.

60?? I'm sure glad I haven't gotten any older! I saw them back in their heyday. Hypnotic was the best word to describe one of their shows.

She has always seemed so likeable to me! Anyone who can happily groove away that hard, in close orbit around David Byrne's ego is ok in my books. :^D

We share the same birthday, but she's got me by a few years.
I turned 33 yesterday.

As if my aching body wasn't enough to remind me that I am now old. Thanks a lot!
:-)

That video is great. There are a bunch from that same show on Youtube. Impressive that she was ok with having another bassist "accompany" her.

He also took Andy Fraser's place after he left Sharks. I really dug the 1980 version of the Talking Heads.
