Anyone else into his bass lines and sound?
I love his tone, pretty much what a P bass should sound on a rock band. Here is a good example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=707R2mXsZJY |

Here he is New Years at MSG playing a Birdsong - he has two (that I know of), including Birdsong CortoFusion #2 (I have the prototype, from the same plank of wood.
Very good and apparently a really good guy.

| | | | He has two (that I know of) - Cortofusion #2 (my bass's twin and the 'fusion that appeared in one of their Bass Player magazine ads) and a RatRod - either the first or the second of them. The Fusion appeared on Jay Leno and the Rat Rod showed up at the New Years/Times Square appearance.
That said, their last album predates the Birdsongs, so it's all P bass (from what I can tell).

Edit: I'm going to see them in November and I'm excited !! saw them 5 years ago and I've been waiting since then to see them again (they cancelled their european tour 2-3 years ago)
