Please count me in.

Like to rock, but can play decent country bass -out of necessity!

Nothing like living in a state that's stuck in a time warp, 20 years behind present times!

-Pretty scenery though

Hah, I didn't know there was a 2nd thread like this. Mine was started like 3 years ago, but with the Title-letters capitalized.... Same spare response, lol, but at least some gear pics.

Big club you have here. What about honorary members, grew up in UT but haven't lived there in 20+ years?

I know of a few bass players that live in UT, but I guess they haven't discovered you all yet.

Live in Draper, work in Murray. Boss lives in Sugarhouse, though...seems like the closest thing to "home" a New Yorker might find around here

"The Pie" chain is the closest I've found here to New York pizza. Any other recommendations no farther south than say Hill AFB/Clearfield? I also can't find a good stromboli or even doughnuts since moving to UT 7 years ago.

There's a new chain (about a year old...maybe two) called NYPD pizza...I have no idea if they're anything like what you would want.

As for donuts...I can recommend Sugarbaby's on Redwood just south of 2100. but the *best* donuts I know of around here are at the Lehi bakery...take the roller mills exit...keep going past the roller mills and keep an eye on the right side of the street.

Get a square donut...or 12.

New Bassist in the Salt Lake area

I am new to the bass guitar, but play the upright bass in my school orchestra. I just plopped some money down on my bass guitar equipment.

Check out my setup:

Cort Artisan B4
Ibanez SW65
