HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Thanks for posting this!

(for the record: I'm not a Phish fan, but I can appreciate the band's talents.)

Okay,
I am a huge Phish Phan. But I am still willing to say that was clever.
-J

P.S. That was a really fun show.

I did a similar one a while back for that famous guitar punching bag that is Zakk Wylde.

The title is really good, I guess it's the same reason that I didn't realize this one was a parodi right away: Kings Of Leon - Shreds - Their Worst Performance Ever. - YouTube

Wait, so you mean to say that they don't really sound like that?

That guy did the same treatment on a Toto Youtube clip a while back. Pretty funny!

Reminds me of the old joke:

Q: What is the first thing a DeadHead says after he runs out of acid?

A: 'This band SUCKS'

The best "shreds" video I've ever seen is the Kiss one: Kiss shreds - YouTube

It's just sooo well done, it kills me every time.

The "shreds" videos were the invention of Santeri Ojala (stsanders.com) who did fantastic redubs of Ozzy, Queen, Kiss (as you posted), Slash and others. All completely hilarious! The Queen redub of Bohemian Rhapsody just pips Slash's manic talkbox laughter top the post as the best in my book. I think Santeri is just over the road in Tampere.

The guy is a genius. So far, I like the KISS and the PHISH ones the best. This is as good as auto-tune the news!

Teh awesome!

I'm gonna put the audio track on my Tascam trainer, and slow it down so I can cop some of the licks...
