What????? Goodfellas is gone? Daym. I hung out there many a night but mostly in the Va Bch scene. I'll be in town in May and want to see some live Blues while I am there.

Nellie is one Bad Blues Singer! She lives a few blocks away from me. I have played with her before, as a matter of fact I brought Nellie and Shun Kikuta ( Bad a$$ed Japanese Blues Guitar player) down to both Jewish Mothers about 8 or 9 years ago. Thanks for the info.

I just checked out J Mom's site and evidently the Oceanfront location is gone and they have moved to the Hilltop area. Looks like the Portsmouth location is gone too and they moved that one to Norfolk. Man , I have some catching up to do. Don't think I will be bringing a bass on this trip.

Yeah, Jew Ma is moving into the old Steppin' Out building after they renovate - right now, they've sort of taken over the backstage bar at the Norva. |

I'm currently living in Evansville, IN and will be moving to Parris Island, SC at the end of the year. I am in the Army and on Active Duty so I tend to move around pretty frequently.
