Here are pics of the opening night at Viva Java, featuring Chris Tarry's trio. The music was modern approaches to standard tunes with virtuoso soloing and interplay. The room sounds great, and my decaf latte was absolutely stunning. I hope some TB'er's can make it by and support Xavier's new enterprise. It's a bass-heavy month there, with my group and Ed Friedland in June.
BTW Mollerup is Danish for "No I'm not Italian!"
