It's close enough to work for us (Me - PSNS, wife - Harrison Hospital), but far enough where we could get an acre with a home for less than a 3 bed condo in Bremerton when we bought it. I grew up in the Bay Area, so I got REAL tired of the urban life, now when I get home, I can hear crickets, dogs, real life instead of cars. It's really nice.
