Wayman Tisdale sound

Hope this is the right forum. Does anyone no the effect(s) Wayman Tisdale uses to get his signature sound? Any help will be appreciated.

Take a close look at the bass in the avatar. Buy a Tobias and dig in, It's mostly the bass.

I was listening to his album again for the first time in a while. I'm still dying to know what he's playing. Is it a picolo bass? It sounds pretty danged high.
