What bass is Flea playing?

RHCP was in town last night and I was checking out some of the pics. Can you tell me what kind of bass Flea is playing? You can see the pics on chron.com. Thanks.

I don't like the sound of slap. In my book he's a so-so bassist but is fantastic at playing boring runs fast in the slap style.

I used to be in a band that did a bunch of RHCP songs and like I said, its not that hard and I wasn't impressed.

Any flea fans don't get too upset with what other TBers say your not "cool" here at TB unless you bash popular basses, or bass players. Its like high school all over no point in arguing with someone who says flea sucks or fender sucks obviously its not true they are just trying to start a fight.
