What bassists use T123 finger technique?

Basically I'm looking for video's of them demonstrating this. I've found myself leaning twords this style, floating thumb/thumb>first>second>third finger plucking technique but I'd like to see some good examples of how those who are more experienced then me do it. Subtle things that are hard to convey via text in the few threads I've found regarding this style.

Doesnt matter what style of music they play and I suppose it doesn't even matter if they are specifically using a bass, so long as they play an instrument that is similar enough so that I can relate to their minute positioning differences compared to mine.

Thanks.
